Refund policy

every piece is hand made and one-of-one. because of that, all sales are final. but we want you to love what you ordered, so we will always do our best to make things right. 

damaged or wrong order

if your piece arrives damaged, broken, or it isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery at brian@dietsoda.shop with a photo and your order number. we'll repair it and/or replace it. the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. original shipping costs are non-refundable. after a return is inspected, a replacement will be sent in 3-14 business days unless otherwise stated. 

changed your mind?

because each piece is made to order, we generally can't accept returns just for a change of heart. if it's been less than 24 hours and your order hasn't shipped, contact us and we'll do our best to cancel before it goes out.

didn't fit?

the product size is in each listing. if you're between sizes or unsure, message us before placing an order—we'll help you! if it arrives and the fit is genuinely off, email us with a photo of the product being worn and we'll discuss options. 

lost or stolen packages

once your order has shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. if your tracking shows "delivered" but you are unable to locate your package, please file a claim with USPS immediately. while there is little we can do once an order reaches the carrier, we will help track it down however we can.

gift cards

gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.
