Shipping policy

orders ship within 1–5 business days after they're placed. you'll get a tracking email the moment your package goes out.

currently shipping domestically inside the United States and internationally.

how we ship

orders within the US are shipped via USPS ground advantage with tracking, unless priority is selected during checkout. international shipping options will be available during checkout. each piece is packed with care in a padded mailer and sent with love. you might even get some cool stickers.

note: shipping speed is determined by the carrier and unfortunately we cannot speed up shipments once received by the carrier.

lost or damaged package

if your tracking says delivered but you can't find it, give it 48 hours—USPS occasionally scans a package as delivered before it actually arrives. after 48 hours with no delivery, file a claim with the carrier then email us at brian@dietsoda.shop and we'll work it out together.

if a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
